ABOUT FLIGHT FUEL
FlightFuel is a fuel uplift calculator and tech log companion designed to assist pilots, co-pilots, and fuel engineers with fuel calculations and ATLR documentation. It is a utility tool for professional reference purposes only.

NOT A CERTIFIED AVIATION SYSTEM
FlightFuel is not a certified aviation system. It is not approved by any aviation authority, including but not limited to SACAA, EASA, FAA, ICAO, or any other national or international regulatory body. It does not replace, supersede, or constitute a substitute for: Any approved Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) or ATLR. Any flight operations manual or operator fuel policy. Any certified aircraft system or avionics. Any dispatch, loadsheet, or operational release document.

PILOT AND OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
The Pilot in Command and all crew members remain solely and fully responsible for all fuel decisions, calculations, and the safe conduct of every flight. All figures generated by FlightFuel must be verified against official sources before use. Adherence to your operator's fuel policy and applicable regulations is mandatory and is not superseded by any output from this application.

ACCURACY
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the calculations within FlightFuel, Paperplane D Pty Ltd makes no warranty that the application is free from errors. You are responsible for verifying all values independently. Do not rely solely on this application for any safety-critical decision.

NO WARRANTY
FlightFuel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paperplane D Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use FlightFuel, including but not limited to any aviation incident, accident, loss, or damage. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FlightFuel, its design, branding, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Paperplane D Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
Paperplane D Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FlightFuel at any time without notice. Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with greater rights than those set out here, those rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
