OVERVIEW
Paperplane D Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data FlightFuel collects, how it is stored, and how it is used. FlightFuel is designed with a minimal data footprint — we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with any third party.

DATA YOU ENTER
FlightFuel stores the data you input directly into the application. This includes: Aircraft registrations and aircraft types, Flight numbers and dates, Fuel figures (FOB values, uplift volumes, SG, fuel type), Supplier names and receipt numbers, Operator name (if entered in Settings), ETOPS oil consumption entries. This data is entered voluntarily by you and is used solely to perform calculations and maintain your fuel record history within the app.

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your data is additionally synced via Apple's CloudKit service, enabling access across your iPhone and iPad. Paperplane D Pty Ltd does not operate its own servers. We do not receive, access, or store your fuel records on any Paperplane D infrastructure.

APPLE AND ICLOUD
iCloud sync is handled entirely by Apple Inc. under Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at www.apple.com/privacy. Paperplane D Pty Ltd has no access to data stored in your iCloud account.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
FlightFuel does not collect: Your name, email address, or contact information. Your location or GPS data. Any analytics, usage data, or crash diagnostics. Any advertising identifiers. Any biometric data.

THIRD PARTIES
FlightFuel does not share any data with third parties. No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks are embedded in the application.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your fuel records remain on your device and in iCloud for as long as you choose to keep them. You may delete individual records at any time within the app. To remove all data, delete the application from your device. To remove iCloud data, manage your iCloud storage via your device Settings.

CHILDREN
FlightFuel is designed for use by aviation professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable law, including the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or other applicable legislation. As FlightFuel does not transmit your data to Paperplane D Pty Ltd, all data remains under your direct control on your own device and iCloud account. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FlightFuel following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
